I have studied the below three themes in this project.(1)Review of studies on process of policy-making in educational administration(2)Positive field-research of a local government(3)Comparative studies on structure and feature of American and Japanese school boardThis project made structure and feature of decision-making process in educational policy in Japan clear. : A educational sub-government has ruled the process of educational policies strongly by 2000. But, the educational sub-government has gradually lost the ruling power since establishment of NAIKAKUFU, 2000.This research made it clear how and why the educational sub-government has lost the power and the altering process of decision-making in educational policies. 我已经研究了该项目中的三个主题。（1）对教育管理中政策制定过程的研究综述（2）对地方政府的积极现场研究（3）对美国和日本学校董事会的结构和特征进行比较研究，这使日本教育政策中决策过程的结构和特征。 ：一项教育子政府统治了2000年的教育政策过程。但是，自从建立Naikakufu以来，教育的子政府逐渐失去了统治权，这项研究清楚地表明了教育子政府如何以及为什么失去教育政策决策的权力和改变的决策过程。 （会议：我的报告中的参考）
