Research of Self-Determination Theory of Death

1. 死亡自决权的理论研究我研究了包括医疗领域的死亡自决权在内的病人自决权的特点。由此可见，患者的自决权可以也应该在不同的维度上有多种存在形式，患者的自决权在与他人尤其是与家庭的交流中得到了不同的探索、审视和改变，这在我的论文“患者的自决权在医学领域中处于什么样的地位？”----医疗问题和公共领域"。死亡自决权的法律比较研究(1)我研究了韩国和日本关于人类胚胎的法律规定，研究了两国在生物伦理规范形成上的异同，并在我的论文《人类胚胎研究规定：韩国和日本案例》中进行了讨论。(2)我在东亚法律哲学协会举办的国际会议上阅读了我的论文，讨论了东亚类型的以家庭为基础的生物伦理规范与西欧和美国类型的以个人权利为基础的生物伦理规范的可能性。问卷调查数据分析对韩国医生进行安乐死的问卷调查。虽然进行了数据分析，但由于数据获取方式上的一些缺陷，导致分析结果发表困难和延迟。这是以后的话题。

1. The theoretical research on the self-determination doctrine of deathI have researched on the characteristics of the right of self-determination of the patients including that of the death in the medical sphere. It followed that the right of self-determination of the patients could and should have various kinds of existence forms in the different dimensions, and that their self-determination was explored, examined and changed differently in the communication with others, especially their family, which was shown in my thesis, " What kind of position does the self-determination of the patients occupy in the medical sphere? ----medical problems and public sphere ".2. The comparative legal research on the right of the self-determination of death(1) I have studied the legal regulations on human embryos in South Korea and Japan, researching on the similarities and differences of both countries in the formation of the bioethical norms, which I discussed in my paper, "Regulations for the Studies on Human Embryos : Korean and Japanese Case ".(2)I read my paper in the international conference held by the Association of East Asian Legal Philosophy, discussing the possibility of the East Asian type of family-based bioethical norms compared with the West-European and American type of individual right-based ones.3. The analysis of the data on the questionnaire surveyThe questionnaire survey of the euthanasia was made to the South Korean doctors. Though the data analysis was done, some defects in the way of taking data caused the difficulty and delay in the publication of the analytical result. It would be a future subject.
