Institutionalisation on Bioethical Norms from the Perspective of Legal Philosophy

这项调查的目的是从理论上和积极的角度探讨我们应该从什么角度来建立“关于人类生死的规范”，特别是它的制度化。对欧美和东亚生物伦理规范的特点进行了研究，探讨了日本文化所接受的生命伦理规范中应遵循的原则。最后，肯定了在建立正确的生命伦理规范时，我们需要一种综合的视角，既要结合欧美和东亚类型规范的普遍部分，又要结合反映东亚和日本文化的地方性部分。

This inquiry was intended to explore theoretically and positively what perspectives we should take in establishing 'the norms concerning human life and death,' especially its isntitutionalisation. It did research on the characteristics of Euro-American and East-Asian bioethical norms, exploring the principles in bioethical norms which are properly accepted in Japanese culture.It ended with the confirmation that in establishing properly bioethical norms we need the integrative perspective combining the universal parts which underlie both the Euro-American and East-Asian type of norms, and the local ones which reflect East-Asian and Japanese cultures respectively.
