项目摘要
Though the money-laundering regulation in Japan has been enlarged to many crimes, the UN Convention requires Japanese government to cover all major crimes. Furthermore it needs to enlarge its regulation to the non-financial activities to meet FATF new recommendations. The forfeiture provision of the Japanese law has big defect in relation to the victim's property and should be amended.
尽管日本的洗钱法规已扩大到许多犯罪，但联合国公约要求日本政府涵盖所有重大犯罪。此外，还需要将监管范围扩大到非金融活动，以满足FATF的新建议。日本法关于没收被害人财产的规定存在较大缺陷，应予以修改。
