摂食嚥下障害の多くは舌運動障害を認める.これらの症例について,Videofluorography (VF)を用いて舌運動機能の診断を行った.被験者は,構音障害を認め摂食嚥下の準備期および口腔期の機能障害を認める患者2名,およびコントロールとして顎口腔系機能に異常を認めない健常者5名とした.被験者に被験語「タ」,「ナ」,「ラ」,「キ」発語時,および唾液嚥下を行わせたときの舌形態と,バリウムクッキーを摂食嚥下時させたときの舌形態との共通点を観察した.その結果,患者群,コントロール群ともにクッキー咀嚼終了時点,食塊形成時,および食塊形成終了時点の舌形態は,それぞれ被験語「タ」,「ナ」,および「ラ」発語時の舌形態と酷似していた.また,クッキー嚥下終了時点の舌形態は,被験語「キ」発語時ないし唾液嚥下時の舌形態と酷似していた.以上のことから,本研究で用いた被験語発語および唾液嚥下により,摂食嚥下時の舌運動機能診断ができることが明らかとなった.さらに,患者群にこの被験語のパラトグラムを記録し,パラトグラムが正常形態を示すように舌接触補助床を製作し装着させたところ,食塊形成および嚥下に費やされる時間が短縮され,摂食機能の向上に有効であった.これらの症例を通じて,パラトグラム法が摂食嚥下障害者の食塊形成障害や食塊の咽頭への送り込み障害の診断に利用できる可能性,およびパラトグラムによる舌接触補助床が摂食嚥下障害者のリハビリテーションに有効であることが示された.

Videofluoroscopy (VF) is used to diagnose tongue motor function. 2 patients were diagnosed as voice impairment, 2 patients were diagnosed as functional impairment in oral preparation period, 5 patients were diagnosed as abnormal oral function. The common point of tongue morphology of the person who is being treated with the words "","","" and "" is observed. The results showed that the tongue morphology at the end of mastication, at the end of mass formation, at the end of mass formation was similar to that at the end of mass formation. The tongue shape at the end of swallowing is similar to that at the end of swallowing. In this study, the tongue motor function was diagnosed by using the tongue language and saliva swallowing. In addition, the patient's group was recorded, and the normal form was displayed. The tongue contact supplement bed was manufactured, and the time for mass formation and ingestion was shortened. The feeding function was upward. The symptoms of this disease can be explained by the possibility of using the method to diagnose the food block formation disorder of the food block victim and the disease of the throat block.
