【システム上で使用するマスタの整理】看護業務改善の進捗状況を整理するための構造化モデル(3×5のマトリックス)の各セル名称と定義(説明)の標準化を図った。具体的には研究者および臨床の業務改善プロジェクト担当者らともに、過去に整理された33事例が構造化モデルにどの程度フィットしているかについて、定性的な評価を行い、各セルのタイトル・定義の表記を決定した。【サーバ環境の整備】入力インターフェイスの評価を行うことを目的として、WWWサーバを試験的に設置した。病棟および看護部の端末からWWWブラウザを使用し、ログインIDとパスワード認証を行い、本システムを使用できるよう整備した。【入力インターフェイスの開発】WebサーバとHTML化処理のインターフェイスには、CGI(Common Gateway Interface)を用いた。Webサーバは、クライアントの要求毎に、Webアプリケーションプログラムを起動するように設定した。プロジェクトの進捗状況の記録をフリーテキストにより対話形式で入力できるようにした。また、根拠・参考資料については、画像処理された図表を保存できるようにした。そして、最終的に入力されたテキストを送信することで、HTML形式の構造化モデルが表示できるよう設定した。【今後の展開】本研究成果は、Nursing Informatics2003(Brazil)で発表予定である。また、今年度末に国立大学病院看護部の協力を得て、試験的運用を行い、評価を行う予定である。
