项目摘要

本年度は2点の研究作業を行った。その概要と結果については下記の通りである。1)住まい手が住宅に要求する各種性能レベルを解明するための第12回調査(2004年7〜10月)2)これまでの研究成果公表のためのホームページ等の作成1)昨年度までに実施した全国7地域の30歳代既婚者のアンケート調査の分析結果をふまえ、今年度は首都圏在住の50歳代を対象とした追加調査を実施した。この調査結果より、住宅性能について居住者が誤解している内容や、重視度合を左右する要因などについて、世代の違いによる分析を行うことができた。これにより、約500名以上を対象としたアンケート調査の成果を得ることができた。また、安全意識は大きな災害等の影響により大きく変動するものであるが、今回の調査は新潟・スマトラ・福岡で発生した2004年度の大地震以前に実施したため、これらの意識変化をうけることのないデータとして整理することが可能となった。2)これまで12回にわたり実施してきた調査結果から、居住者が理解しておくべき内容を中心として、成果をまとめることとした。そして、この公表手段の一つとして、学会等の論文発表以外に、ホームページによる公表も試みることとした。これについてはまだ作成途中ではあるが、近日、発表する予定である。また今回の研究を行うにあたり、多くの協力者を得ることができた。なお、調査の協力者は研究の主旨に賛同できる自主的な意志のある方のみに協力を依頼している。また回答は無記名とし、統計処理した結果のみを公表している。
