项目摘要

本年度は以下の二点について研究を計画し、実施した。結果は下記の通りである。1.日本および諸外国における住宅性能に関する意識調査の実施およびその比較2.今までに実施した住宅性能に関する意識と要求レベルの成果を整理し、結果を公表1.前年度に実施した住まい手の住宅性能に対する意識に関する他国での調査結果比較の結果分析を行い、日本独特である地震災害に対する意識の大きさをはじめとする意識差の実情を把握した。これは国内で実施した調査結果の世代間、地域差よりも大きく、住宅性能に対する意識の国民性の影響がわかる。なお予算および日程の関係上、大規模な調査の実施は難しく、アメリカでの調査のみとなった。2.今までに実施した住宅性能に関する意識と要求レベルの結果の整理と分析結果を論文としてまとめ、日本建築学会の論文(審査付)で公表した。さらに社会還元の観点より、HP形式での公開準備を行った。これらの公表成果は、一般居住者に対する自宅の住宅性能を決定する際の資料提供の意味と、設計者が建築主の意識を理解するための資料としての位置づけの二面性をもつものである。なお、今後もこれらの研究を継続し、経年変化等による影響も把握する予定である。
