项目摘要

本研究の目的は,企業における情報システムの変容過程と現状を実証的に解明すること,およびそこから抽出される今日的な情報化人材ニーズに対し柔軟かつ適切に応えうる人材を育成するための情報処理教育プログラムについて,地域経済社会との有機的な連携を視野に入れながら検討し,具体的に実効性のあるシステムとして開発研究することにある。近年,電子商取引(EC)の一分野として,企業間電子商取引(B2B)の進展が顕著である。B2Bは,企業の生産や販売活動に必要な資材・部品等の取引を企業間で電子的に実施するものであり,自動車や電気機器など製造業に限らずサービス分野にも拡大しており,そこでは多くの企業が他社との連係や協力関係を構築・強化している。インターネットを中心としたこのような企業間関係の変化にともない,企業情報システムはオープン(標準)化へと移行してきていることを明らかにした。また,これらの実証分析をふまえ,現実の企業や地域社会が求める高度情報化人材が具備すべきITスキルの今日的な内容および水準について分析・考察し,高度情報化人材育成教育プログラムの開発について検討した。すなわち,情報ネットワークの構築や管理に関する能力の育成をめざす情報処理教育の一つの試みとしてイントラネット構築体験システムを企画してその目的や作業内容,手順などを考察し,学生自らが講習会のアシスタントや授業サポートなどの体験学習をおこなう仕組みについて検討したのである。ただし,具体的な教育プログラムの開発とその実践については今後も引き続いて研究を進め,各教育機関や地元企業,各種団体に本教育プログラムヘの参加と協力を要請することによって,本教育プログラムの試行と評価作業を進めていきたいと考えている。
