项目摘要

平成15年度には、「中国金融自由化の日本経済への影響」という研究課題の前半の部分としての日本、東アジア諸国の金融自由化の背景、プロセス、教訓及び中国の金融改革のプロセス、現状分析、課題等を中心に研究を進めました。日本と東アジア諸国の金融自由化・国際化の経験を見ると、金融の自由化と国際化は、実物市場の自由化、金融の自由化、資本取引の自由化という手順で進めるのが適切であると考えられます。急激な国際短期資本の流動的な動きは、国内外の金融システムと経済不安を拡大させる恐れがあるので、金融の自由化施策とともにマクロ経済の安定、金融システムの健全性、為替レートの安定などの政策が必要であると考えられます。そこで、短期・長期資本の急激な流動性が問題視されたアジアの金融危機とその原因についての因果関係を理論的・計量的に分析した論文「資本移動とアジアの金融危機」を「経済研究」第49巻第2号に掲載しました。さらに2003年10月13日の日本経済学会2003年度秋季大会(明治大学)で論文「International Capital Mobiluty in Asian Economics : Evidence from USR Model」を発表しました。
