项目摘要

平成9年度は、春にはロシア極東地方ウラジオストックの極東国立経済・経営アカデミーとビロビジャンの極東科学アカデミーの地理学研究所、教育大学で日露経済関係、日本経済論について講演し、さらに秋にはウラジオストックとハバロフスクで開催された第13回日露極東学術シンポジュウムで日露貿易について研究発表を行った。また、中国の南京理工大学で開催された第11回CEDIMES国際シンポジュウムで、中国とロシアの移行経済の比較について研究発表を行った。西南学院大学で開催された第56回国際経済学会において「移行期経済における二重価格制度の数理モデル」を研究報告した。そして今年度の科学研究費の報告書には、ロシア極東地方の経済がロシア連邦全体と比較して相対的に回復の程度が芳しくないのは、地理的有利性にもかかわらずアジア太平洋諸国との国際貿易・投資誘致が産業構造の改善に寄与するような形で進展していないことが原因であることを立証している。特に、ロシア極東地方の輸出・輸入に占める二次産業生産物の比率が如何に低いかを、ロシア連邦全体、そして経済発展を維持している燐国の中国のデータと比較して分析し、この低い産業構造を高度化することがロシア極東地方の経済発展の原動力になることを解説している。さらに、極東地方の産業構造の高度化には、資源輸出・消費財輸入型の貿易を資源加工物輸出・ハイテク機械設備輸入型に移行させていくことが必要であり、そのためにはロシア極東自身がその姿勢を明確にする必要があり、その方向が決定すれば日本をはじめとするアジア太平洋諸外国がロシア極東の産業構造高度化に具体的な支援ができると分析している。

In the spring of 2009, the Institute of Geography of the Far East National University of Science and Technology, the University of Education, the Japan Economic Relations Institute, the Japan Economic Research Institute, the 13th Japan Economic Research Institute, and the 13th Japan Economic Research Institute were held.
