We investigated the sequential changes of the microvasculature and the osseous tissue around the tooth with periodontal membrane and the dental implant without periodontal membrane, when both were connected by the metal superstructure under the occlusal function.The crab-eating macaques were used for the experimental animals, and the cylinder type anode oxidized titanium implants with high bio-compatibility were used. After the simultaneous extraction of the lower second premolar, first molar and second molar in the both sides, the dental implants were installed in the extracted regions, which were adjacent to the lower first premolar. Twelve weeks after the dental implantation, the metal superstructure was made and seated to connect the tooth and the dental implant. The experimental animals were euthanised in 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks after the superstructure seating. The bone with microvascular corrosion cast specimens were prepared by the acrylic resin injection method, and examined with a scanning electron microscope.As a result from the viewpoint of the changes of the microvasculature and the osseous tissue around the tooth and the dental implant, it was possible to divide into five stages form one to 24 weeks after the superstructure seating as fellows ; the angiogenic-growth stage, the new bone formation stage, the bone growth stage, the bone remodeling stage and the implantal alveolar bone formation stage. Around the dental implant, the bone formation was observed surrounding the implant after occlusal function. Around the tooth, the bone formation and absorption were not observed in the alveolar bone proper.
以食蟹猕猴为实验动物,采用生物相容性好的圆柱形阳极氧化钛种植体,研究了金属上部结构连接有牙周膜牙和无牙周膜牙种植体时,在咬合功能作用下,牙周微血管和骨组织的动态变化。同时拔除双侧下颌第二前磨牙、第一磨牙和第二磨牙后,将种植体植入邻近下颌第一前磨牙的拔牙区。牙植入十二周后,制作金属上部结构并固定以连接牙齿和牙植入物。在上部结构就位后1、2、4、8、12和24周对实验动物实施安乐死。用丙烯酸树脂注射法制备骨微血管铸型标本,扫描电镜观察,结果从牙和种植体周围微血管和骨组织的变化来看,可将上部结构就位后1 ~ 24周分为5个阶段:血管生成生长阶段、新骨形成阶段、骨生长阶段、骨重建阶段和牙槽骨形成阶段。咬合功能恢复后,种植体周围有骨形成。牙周牙槽骨未见骨形成和吸收。
