项目摘要

1.組織の形態や継承者の範囲、法律形態が異なる3つの土地利用型法人経営を対象に、法人経営における経営継承マネジメントの特徴や問題点を明らかにした。(1)法人経営の継承において必要となるマネジメントは、継承者が家族か否かや、組織や後継者の人数、法律形態、経営戦略・経営構造などの様々な要因によって異なる。(2)後継者(候補)の確保に関しては、家族に継承するかどうかで後継者候補の限定度や定着率が大きく異なっており、この点に配慮したマネジメントが必要となる。(3)後継者(候補)の能力養成については、組織の規模や後継者層の人数によって、組織体制の変更や目標管理等の労務管理を通して動機付けや能力養成がどの程度できるかが異なる。また、多角化の程度や各部門の専門性などの経営戦略・経営構造によっても、能力養成の進め方(各部門を順次経験させるか専門家を育成するか等)は異なる。(4)経営者の交代については、交代に伴う出資金移譲への対応が、家族へ継承するか否か及び法律形態によって異なる。特に有限会社で従業員へ経営者を交代する場合には出資金の譲渡が不可欠であり、次期経営者の資金力が大きな課題となる。2.農業経営における経営継承の進め方及び留意点をまとめた小冊子を作成した。本冊子は、農業経営者や普及組織等を対象としており、(1)経営継承対策の必要性と考え方、(2)継承者の就農に向けた取り組み、(3)就農した後継者の能力養成、(4)円滑な世代交代のための対策、(5)後継者がいない場合の事業継承対策、から成る。
