项目摘要

本年度は採択課題の最終年度であるため、研究の推進に加えて成果の刊行、及び口頭報告にも多くの時間を割いた。成果物は、査読論文二本(『日本台湾学会報』、『社会科学ジャーナル』)、及び学術誌への最新英文研究書の書評(『国家学界雑誌』)一本という形式で公刊されている。また、口頭報告は、世界政治研究会、戦後外交史研究会、近現代東北アジア史研究会という伝統ある研究会における学術報告として行われ、また中華民国政府主催の国際学術会議(於:台北)においても研究報告(招待講演)を行った。(論文、講演ともに日本語、中国語において実施された。)一部の成果は現在公刊準備中である。冷戦期における米国の中国・台湾政策が中国核開発にいかなる影響を受けたのか、米中関係史、またアジアの冷戦史のなかで位置づける作業が本採択課題であった。三年間の研究により、第一回核実験が実施されたジョンソン政権期に関するおそらく現時点で最も新しい米国公文書館等の史料を利用した研究成果を口頭、及び査読論文の形で公にした。さらに、その前後の時期、アジア冷戦史、また核戦略論や抑止論を始めとする国際政治理論を包括的に研究することにより、中国核開発を始めとする米中関係における緊張をどのように捉えればいいのか、密接に関係している米華同盟はどのように捉え直すことが出来るのか、といった課題について三年間で七回の研究報告、四本以上の論考として公にすることが出来た。

This year, the final year of the project, the promotion of research, the publication of results, and the oral report are divided into many parts. The results include two research papers ("Journal of the Taiwan Society of Japan" and "Journal of Social Sciences"), and a book review of the latest English research books in academic journals ("National Journal of Academic Studies"). Oral report, World Political Research Society, Post-Japanese Diplomatic History Research Society, Modern Northeast China History Research Society, Academic Report, International Academic Conference sponsored by the Government of the Republic of China (Taipei), Academic Report (Guest Lecture) (Papers, lectures, Japanese, China) The results of a book are now being prepared for publication. China's policy toward Taiwan during the Cold War was influenced by China's nuclear development. The history of Sino-US relations and the position of China's policy toward Taiwan were the subject of this study. During the past three years, the research achievements of the first review were published orally and in the form of papers. The period before and after the war, the history of nuclear weapons, the beginning of nuclear weapons, the study of international political theory, the beginning of China's nuclear development, the tension between China and the United States, the close relationship between China and the United States, the study of nuclear weapons, the The above four articles are discussed in detail.
