项目摘要

本研究は、かつて経験した消滅の危機から大きな復興を遂げたウェールズ語での研究と実践を手本にして、それ以上に深刻な危機を迎えているアイヌ語の復興と再活性化のための具体的な言語学的方策を模索すべく企図された。一年目にアイヌ語の現状とその背景を把握し、二年目にウェールズ語復興のためになされた実践とその成果を調査し、三年目にはそれらの知見を基にして真に有効なアイヌ語学習教材の開発を目指すという計画を立てた。一年目と二年目になされた調査からアイヌ語の復興と再活性化に必要な具体的な言語学的方策ぶ明確になったため、三年目である本年度は、それに従って、当初目指した「アイヌ語学習教材の開発」に留まらず、その運用に必要な「学習と指導の手引き」も作成することを目標とした。具体的な計画内容は、(1)初等教育で語彙学習に有効な「単語カード」の作成並びに「指遊び」や「手遊び」の考案;(2)中等教育で利用可能な教科書、学習辞典の作成;(3)学校教育並びに社会教育・生涯教育においてアイヌ語教育を実現する上で必要となる「学習と指導の手引き」の作成の3点である。計画は、ほぼ全てが達成された。8月までに指遊びや手遊びのゲームを考案し、更に11月までには単語カードを試作した。また、中等・高等教育の語学の授業で利用可能な教科書と学習辞典の合本として『基礎アイヌ語』(刊行予定)を作成した。1月、大学でこの教科書を用いた集中講義「アイヌ語入門」を開講、小学校の総合的学習の時間及び公民館活動でカードゲーム、指遊び、手遊びの試験運用を実施した。その結果、試作段階で不明確だった学習教材の利点と欠点が明確になり、また学校教育の現場でより利用し易くするための工夫について多くの知見を得ることが出来た。以上により、(1)と(2)の計画は実行された。(3)の計画に関しては、一年目に作成した英語版の報告書を出発点に新たな文献調査を行い、アイヌ語の語彙、文法、言語地理、言語史、言語政策、教育について概観する「学習と指導の手引き」を報告書(11.研究発表の「図書」所収の『I/YAY-PAKASNU:アイヌ語の学習と教育のために』)としてまとめた。

This study aims to provide a detailed linguistic model for the study of language recovery and reactivation in the face of profound crises. The background of the current situation of Chinese language in the first year, the achievements of Chinese language revival in the second year, and the development of Chinese language teaching materials in the third year are investigated. In the first two years of this year, the necessary concrete linguistic policies for the revitalization and reactivation of English language research have been clarified. In the third year, the goal of this year is to leave the "development of English language learning materials" and to create the necessary "learning and guidance manual" for its application. The specific contents of the project include: (1) the creation of a "simple language guide" and a "guide" and a "mobile game guide" for word learning in primary education;(2) the creation of textbooks and study dictionaries using possibilities in secondary education; and (3) the creation of a "guide" for learning and guidance in school education, social education, career education, and language education. The plan is complete. In August, we will try our best to find the best way out of the game. In November, we will try our best to find the best way out. Language teaching in secondary and higher education can be done by using textbooks and learning dictionaries. January, the university textbooks are used in the center of the concentrated lecture "Introduction to English", the time of the study of the primary school and the activities of the civic hall, the guide, and the trial use of mobile games are implemented. The results of the trial are unclear. The advantages of the study materials are clear. The field of school education is easy to use. The time is short. The knowledge is gained. The above plan (1) and (2) is implemented. (3)The project is related to the preparation of an English version of the report, the launch of a new literature survey, the introduction of English vocabulary, grammar, speech geography, speech history, speech policy, and education ("I/YAY-PAKASNU: English Language Learning and Education" included in the "Book" of the 11. Research Report).
