プロジェクトの最終年度である今年度には,まず平成15年度において蓄積した人口問題に関する総合的な知識,および平成16年度に行った分析によって得られた結果にもとづいて,本プロジェクトのメインとなる論文"A Population-Macroeconomic Growth Model for Developing Countries : Towards the Achievement of Development Goals"を書きあげた。この論文は途上国における経済発展,貧困,教育と児童労働,所得不平等,人口問題といった非常に多岐にわたるトピックを包括的に取り入れて,分析を行ったものである。多くの要因を取り入れたため,従来の文献では数値計算によって定量的な結果を導くことしかできなかったが,この論文では,分析に工夫を重ねることで,定性的な結果を明確に導くことを可能とした。とりわけ今までの経済学の文脈では触れられなかった,経済成長と人口との間の多様なパターンを経済学の枠組みの中でも説明できることを示し,それに基づいて新たな政策提言を提示した点が,論文における大きな貢献部分である。今年度はこの論文の研究成果を大阪府立大学,筑波大学,大阪大学,慶應義塾大学にて行った。ただ,現段階では内容の豊富さ,分析の緻密さについては,高く評価されるものの,分量が多すぎるとの指摘を海外の学術雑誌の編集長より受けた。現在は学術雑誌に再び投稿すべく改訂を行っている。今後はその論文を基礎として,考察できる関連のテーマに関しても積極的に取り組んでいく。

This year's paper,"A Population-Macroeconomic Growth Model for Developing Countries : Towards the Achievement of Development Goals," was published in the context of the accumulated knowledge related to population issues in the 15th and 16th year of Heisei. This paper focuses on economic development, poverty, education, child labor, income inequality, population issues, diversity, inclusion, analysis, etc. Many important factors are taken into account, and the results of quantitative calculation are introduced. The results of qualitative analysis are introduced clearly. In this paper, the author points out that there is a great contribution to the development of economic science in the context of economic growth and population. This year's research results were published by Osaka Prefectural University, Tsukuba University, Osaka University, and Keio University. The content of the current stage is rich, the analysis is dense, the evaluation is high, the content is high, and the editorial length of overseas academic journals is high. Now the academic journal is re-published. In the future, the paper will be based on the investigation of the relationship between the two groups.
