The purpose of this research is to support the amenity improvement of the daily life of severe motor and intellectual disabilities (SMID) with clothing, and to contribute to the QOL improvement of disabled persons and caretakers. The measurement information of skin temperature and micro environment in clothing was collected by the noninvasive sensors. The circadian rhythm and thermoregulation ability was observed by the SMID's subject, and the stimulus with nursing care was reflected on the environment inside clothing. In addition, the case of hypothermic patient was observed that there would be the possibility of perspiration activities. This monitoring method of this research is effective method to evaluate objectively discomforts which are caused by thermal comfort, skin touch and pressures to the body when wearing clothing. And, it is the effective method to evaluate various stresses in daily life objectively in addition of valuation of clothing. Then, it was observed that hands and feet skin temperature decreased prominently in SMIDs from the long-term biological monitoring data in this research. So, to offer the method of effective thermal comfort condition, the wearing of socks was suggested. It was considered strength of the hook & loop fastener, which was using clothing of SMIDs. Moreover, discusses were conducted with clinical nurses and preferable clothing for SMIDs were manufactured by way of trial. As mentioned above, the clothing were made considering design, materials and the individuals preferable for SMIDs, and proposed in fashion shows with dressed SMIDs models. (243word)
