顧客層をより精密に類型化し、購買前段階行動を反映する新たなマルコフ・モデルを確立した。ほぼ完璧な形で現実データに対する適応性を実現すると同時に、パラメーターの推定値そのものによって、顧客行動やブランド力を構造的に把握することを可能にした。本研究は、2005年度データ解析コンペティション社会人の部、最優秀賞(第1位)を受賞。さらに、2006年度日本オペレーションズ・リサーチ学会事例研究賞も受賞した。

The customer layer is precisely typed, and the pre-purchase action is reflected. The results show that there is a possibility that the suitability of the product will be realized at the same time, the estimated value of the product will be determined, and the customer behavior and force will be determined. This study was awarded the 2005 Best Award (No. 1) by the Ministry of Social Affairs. In 2006, the Japanese Academy of Social Sciences won the award for case study.
