项目摘要

本研究では、問題解決を目的とした文書作成支援型知識マネージメントシステム(Documentation MAnagementsystem for Problem Solving:DMaPS)の構築を目的とした研究を実施した。このシステムでは、問題解決の支援、文書と形式化された知識の蓄積、文書からの知識の獲得というループの実現を目指している。この目的に対し、平成17年度は、問題解決の支援を行うために、ユーザが持っている問題に関する記述と類似している文書知識を提示することにより、問題解決の支援を行うシステムを作成した。本システムに対し、あらかじめ手作業により作成した知識を埋め込んだ文書群を与えることにより、問題解決の支援が可能であることを確認した。平成18年度以降は、主に、一般的な文書から問題解決に役立つ知識を獲得するための方法論に注目して研究を遂行した。具体的には、トラブル事例に関する知識獲得を目指して、新聞記事などから、ユーザが直面している問題に関連する訴訟の記事などを検索し、その検索結果から、関係する利害関係者とその関係を抽出するシステムの構築を行った。本システムでは、少数の訓練事例にたいして、複数の基準を用いた機械学習システムを適用し、その結果を組み合わせることによって、人手で作成したパターンでは抽出することができなかった多くの利害関係者の情報を獲得することが確認できた。また、文書分類の研究では、特許を関連する物理法則によって分類する考え方を提案し、Web上に存在する様々な物理法則に関する文書の情報などを利用して、具体的な特許文書を分類する方法を提案した。ただ、これらで得た知識は、DMaPSで利用可能なレベルの知識での形式化が困難であったため、今後は、形式的な知識作成に関する検討を進める必要がある。
