本研究の自的は、障害児と健常児が一緒に保育を受ける統合保育場面で、障害児の発達にふさわしい保育支援のあり方を実践的に検討することにある。今年度は以下の3点について研究を行った。1.気になる子どもの保育場面に即した実態把握方法の検討忙しくまた障害について専門ではない保育者が、担任する子どもの発達や社会性について、特に保育に必要な情報として簡便にかつ的確に把握できる、5歳児用の評定チェックリストを作成した。単に気になる子どもの同定だけでなく、それがLD、PDD、ADHDのいずれに該当するのかまでを見越した項目を作成した。約100項目からなる予備チェックリストを作成し、上記3障害の特徴を把握するのに有用な項目であることが、予備調査の結果から示唆された。2.幼稚園における特別支援教育体制のあり方に関する検討統合保育を実施する保育所や幼稚園において、障害幼児の個別の指導計画の内容や形式、保育計画の立案の方法、特別支援教育コーディネーターの職務、園内委員会の運営の仕方といった特別支援教育体制のあり方について、県内の幼稚園ならびに保育園において、昨年度に引き続き継続的に実践的に検討を行い一定の成果を得た。今後は幼児期と学齢期との連携移行のあり方が課題である。3.発達障害の診断名の有無や、診断名の違いが、保育者の子ども理解や支援に及ぼす影響の検討幼児期は、発達障害の診断の確定が困難であると同時に、一方で同じクラスの中にさまざまな障害のある子どもが一緒に保育を受けていることも少なくない。そこで、保育者に対して質問紙調査を行い、診断名の有無や診断名の違いが保育者の支援行動に及ぼす影響について検討した。その結果、発達障害の診断名の有無によって、支援方法に差がみられたことから、保育者の適切な障害理解啓発と、早期発見と適切な対応の重要性が示唆された。
