Promotion of physical cognition and self teaching ability by movement improvement

即使是高运动能力的学生，运动学习停滞不前也会导致运动能力的下降。但停滞后能够完成高难度的动作任务，运动能力得到了提高。即使动作学习再次停滞，也不会导致运动能力的下降。因此，如果学生在体育课上提高自己的运动能力，即使在其他情境和运动情境中犯了一些错误，也可能会积极地与新的任务作斗争。

A decline of sport competence was caused when motor learning remained stagnant even if high sport competence students. But the sport competence was enhanced when they could acquire the difficult movement task after the stagnation. Then the decline of sport competence was not caused compared to first stagnation even when motor learning remained stagnant again.Therefore students may positively struggle with new task even after some mistakes in other situations as well as sport situations if students enhanced their sport competence in physical education class.
