English Education for Young Children Using Cross-Cultural DVD Materials

要为幼儿创造一个学习英语的课堂环境，就必须创造一个有趣的教材和环境。我们专注于使用市售双语DVD激励幼儿。为了提高孩子们学习英语的积极性，我们利用这些DVD制作了一个基于电影的CALL系统。沿着这个CALL系统，我们让孩子们积极地给海外的孩子写信。这也帮助他们增强了继续学习英语的动力，包括阅读和写英语。

To create a motivating classroom environment for young children learning English, it is essential to create an interesting teaching materials and environment. We focused on motivating young children using commercially available bilingual DVDs. We created a movie-based CALL system using such DVDs to raise children's motivation to learn English.Along with this CALL system, we had the children actively engage in writing letters to children overseas. This has also helped them enhance motivation to continue English learning including reading and writing English.
