项目摘要
In this study I estimated the sum of fiscal transfer arising from inter-prefectural migration based on the data in Japan 1995-2000. The background idea of this study is that the inter-regional migration is not only movement but also transfer of economic power and is a fundamental factor of regional disparity. This study provides the compensatory basis of the inter-regional redistribution policy which is different from the social security basis.
在这项研究中，我估计了基于1995 - 2000年日本数据的宗教间迁移产生的财政转移总和。这项研究的背景思想是，区域间迁移不仅是运动，而且是经济力量的转移，也是区域差异的基本因素。这项研究提供了与社会保障基础不同的区域间再分配政策的补偿基础。
