项目摘要

本研究の目的は、農村からの労働移動(農村内部での産業間移動、農村・都市間の労働移動）が農家家計の所得や貧困削減に及ぼす影響を数量経済学的に把握することである。具体的には、インパクト評価の手法に基づき、家計調査の個票データを用いて、労働移動が家計所得に及ぼす影響を検出すること、家計レベルでの労働移動の効果が地域間、産業間に及ぼす経済波及効果を明らかにすることを具体的な目標としてる。令和４年度は、第一の目的を中心に研究を実施した。労働移動の研究に先立ち、ベトナムの農村における貧困状況の変化をVARHS(Vietnam Access to Resources Household Survey)の個票（2014年及び2016年）に基づき、貧困と非貧困の遷移過程を多項ロジットモデルにより分析した。ベトナム農村部での貧困世帯は減少してきているものの、世帯員の健康状態、女性の世帯主、教育水準、子供の数、遠隔地ほど貧困に陥る可能性が高いことを明らかにした。次に、貧困削減と労働移動の関係については、上記と同様の個票データを用いて傾向スコア法により、地域の中心地での雇用機会の多寡(企業集積)が地域内の農工間の労働移動を促し、家計所得を増加させ貧困に陥る確率を引き下げることを明らかにした。但し、農村・都市間の労働移動の効果は明らかにはできなかった。また、VARHSの情報だけでは労働移動の実態が明らかにはならないので、ホーチミン近郊の農村にて、ヒアリング調査を実施した。

The purpose of this study is to grasp the quantitative impact of rural migration (intra-rural migration between industries, rural migration between cities) on household income and poverty reduction. Second, the relationship between poverty reduction and poverty mobility, the number of employment opportunities in the center of the region (enterprise accumulation), the promotion of labor mobility among workers in the region, the increase in household income, and the accuracy of poverty reduction. However, in rural areas and cities, the movement of people is not easy. The information of VARHS is divided into two parts: the first part is the information of VARHS, the second part is the information of VARHS, and the third part is the information of VARHS.
