项目摘要

平成19年度の本研究は、前年度の結果を踏まえて、福祉用具の効果的な使用方法に関するガイドラインの作成において、以下の知見が得られたので報告する。前年度の結果を踏まえ、電動ベッド機能の利用率と関連が高い要因は、電動ベッド利用者の基本動作能、認知機能、排泄状況、食事状況、移動、介護者の有無であった(p<0.05)。在宅療養高齢者(要介護度2〜5)8名を対象に、6ヶ月間収集した電動ベッド機能操作履歴データから、個々の基本動作能に応じた電動ベッドの使用方法について、専門職間で検討した。検討後、要介護の軽度者(要介護2〜3)については、ベッドの高さ調節と背上げ機能をより活用することで、移動、安静時のポジショニング、リハビリなどにおいて有効な活用ができる方法が見出された。また重度者(要介護4〜5)については、ベッドの高さ調節、背上げ、脚上げ機能をより活用することで、移動、安静時のポジショニング、リハビリ、日常生活動作において有効な活用方法が見出された。そこで、対象者個々の電動ベッド機能活用に関する指導案を作成し,利用者及び家族に説明を行い、再度、電動ベッド操作履歴データを収集(6ヶ月)した。結果、電動ベッド機能の利用率上昇と日常性活動作が拡大した。従って、自立支援効果に繋がる可能性が示唆されたため、要介護軽度者および重度者、それぞれに向けた福祉用具の有効的な活用方法に関するガイドラインを作成し、新たな活用方法を提案する。
