Aiming at the comprehensive development of computer-aided production tool for animation based on physical simulation, we have achieved the following results :(1) Development of distributed rendering system using PC cluster. We realized large scale forest simulation with more than 100 trees.(2) Development of a hand-written input interface, with which a user can easily input and control the change of wind with respect to time and location.(3) Development of a wind visualization system, with which a user can confirm and modify the change of tree motion in real time that was caused by alteration of wind flow or stiffness of branches.(4) Development of a animation-style rendering method, with which a user can represent styles of arbitrary animation writers.(5) Development of a character generating system, with which a user can easily generate 3D shape of feces and bodies of characters from 2D drawings.
本文针对基于物理仿真的计算机辅助动画制作工具的综合开发,取得了以下成果:(1)基于PC集群的分布式渲染系统的开发。我们实现了100多棵树的大规模森林模拟。(2)开发了一个手写输入界面,用户可以很容易地输入和控制风随时间和地点的变化。(3)开发了一个风场可视化系统,通过该系统,用户可以真实的确认和修改由于风场或树枝刚度的变化而引起的树木运动的变化。(4)开发了一种动画风格的渲染方法,用户可以用它来表示任意动画作者的风格。(5)开发了一个角色生成系统,用户可以很容易地从2D图纸生成粪便和角色身体的3D形状。
