项目摘要
We have succeeded in rescuing placental dysplasia caused by deletion of genes, Est2, Mapk14, and Mapkl through placenta-specific gene transfer (Nature Biotechnol). We have also demonstrated that a prototype cadherin, Arcadrin, is involved in control of dendritic spine number (Neuron). By aggregation assav, we have shown hemophilic cell adhesion activity mediated by water channel aquaporin 4.1
