【目的】: PMDDが月経周期性に認知的特徴を変動させるかどうかを検証する。【方法】被験者: (1)PMDD群: DRSPを月経周期2回において実施し、2周期ともに5つ以上のPMDD症状が確認された11名。平均年齢は21.2歳(SD=3.1)。(2)軽症抑うつ群: CES-Dが平均+0.5SD以上(21点)であり、PMDD診断基準に基づいた質問紙検査にて回顧的にPMDD傾向者とならなかった10名を抽出した。平均年齢19.8歳(SD=2.5)。(3)健常群: CES-Dが平均-0.5SD以下(10点)であり、PMDDが除外された12名。平均年齢20.8歳(SD=1.2)。質問紙: POMS、推論の誤り尺度。事象関連電位(P300振幅):聴覚的odd ball課題。標的刺激(Target)には1100Hz(呈示確率20%)、非標的高頻度刺激(Non-Target)には1000Hz(呈示確立80%)の純音を使用。手続き:同一被験者が黄体期後期と卵胞期中期で、気分及び認知の査定と、聴覚オドボール課題を行い、P300振幅を測定した。【結果】(1)POMS抑うつ尺度の月経周期内気分変動:PMDD群の黄体期後期は卵胞期中期に比して有意に高い値を示した。軽症抑うつ群、健常群に月経周期差は認められない。(2)月経周期内P300注意機能変動: PMDD群はC3、 C4、 Fz、 Cz、 Pz全部位において有意差はみられない。軽症抑うつ群はC4、 Czで有意差が見られた。(3)月経周期内推論障害変動: PMDD群では、卵胞期に比べて黄体期が有意傾向で高い値を示した。軽症抑うつ群は月経変動を示さない。【結論】PMDD群は月経周期性に抑うつ感、推論障害が変動し、軽症抑うつ群とは区別される。

【Purpose】: To demonstrate the characteristics of PMDD and its cyclical nature. [Method] Subjects: (1) PMDD group: 11 people who were diagnosed with PMDD symptoms after 2 cycles of DRSP and more than 5 cycles of DRSP. The average age is 21.2 years old (SD=3.1). (2)軽 syndrome suppressed group: CES-D has an average of +0.5SD or more (21 points), and PMDD diagnosis benchmarks have been selected from the 10 PMDD-prone individuals reviewed on the question paper. Hands: The same patient was tested for the late luteal phase and mid-ovary phase, the determination of scores and cognition, the performance of the subject, and the determination of P300 amplitude. [Results] (1) POMS suppresses the intra-lunar phase changes in the lunar cycle on a scale: the PMDD group's late luteal phase and mid-ovary phase are higher than those in the mid-ovary phase. The disease is suppressed by the disease, and the healthy group is caused by the difference in the lunar cycle. (2) Pay attention to the functional changes of P300 during the monthly cycle: PMDD group C3, C4, Fz, Cz, Pz all have intentional differences. The disease suppresses the symptoms of C4 and Cz. (3) Inference of harmful changes during the lunar cycle: PMDD group, egg cell stage, luteal phase, and luteal phase have a tendency to show higher levels. The disease is suppressed by the group of people, and the movement of the month and month is shown by the movement of the disease. [Conclusion] The PMDD group is characterized by periodicity, inference disorder, movement, and syndrome suppression, and the difference between the group and the difference is clear.
