项目摘要

【問題】高校生の自殺者数は増加傾向にあり，自殺の要因として精神疾患やうつ病が目立つなど，高校生の心理社会的な問題に関心が集まっている。良好な社会適応や精神的健康を維持するために，未然防止や予防的視点から児童・生徒の社会的スキルや感情調整，認知的ストレス対処能力などを育成するアプローチとして，PYD（健全発達）が注目されている。高校生の心理社会的問題に関連性のある抑うつ傾向と，PYDによる発達段階の特性に合った予防教育との関係を検討することは，高校生が健康的な生活を送るための手がかりとなる。本研究では，PYDの中心的役割を果たす社会情動的スキルを，ソーシャルスキルとストレス対処場面における肯定的再評価の2つに絞って精神的健康度に及ぼす影響を探索したい。【方法】高校1～3年生324名を対象に質問紙調査を行った。ソーシャルスキルの測定尺度として，ほっと高校生版，ストレス対処時の認知的評価を測定する尺度として，肯定的再評価尺度，精神的健康度の測定として，バールソン児童用抑うつ自己評価尺度（DSRS）日本語版とKessler10（K10）質問票日本語版を使用した。【結果】ソーシャルスキルが精神的健康度に及ぼす影響について，肯定的再評価が媒介するかどうかを検討するために媒介分析を行った。この結果，ほっと合計はK10得点を有意に予測していた。さらに，肯定的再評価を測定するPRAS合計を説明変数に追加した結果，ほっと合計はPRAS合計を有意に予測し（β=-.15，p＜.05），PRAS合計はK10得点を有意に予測した。また，ほっと合計からK10合計への効果は有意になった。間接効果の検定の結果，PRASの有意な媒介効果が認められ部分媒介モデルが検証できた。高校生において、肯定的再評価の能力はコミュニケーションスキルを媒介してK10を低減する。
