In acute wound edge, the relation with (1) area of increase of α5β1 and fibronectin, (2) area of α5β1 positive and laminin negative, (3) increasing area of fibronectin and laminin negative, were significant correlated. In chronic wound edge, the relation with (1) area of α5β1 positive and increase fibronectin, (2) area of α5β1 positive and laminin negative, (3) area of increase fibronectin and epidermal elongation, (4) epidermal elongation and epidermal hypertrophy, were significant correlated.In acute wound, α5β1, fibronectin are related with migrated epidermal cell. In chronic wound, they are lack. In conclusion, re-epithelization will be promoted by culture skin with some type of integrin in chronic wound.
