本研究は、血圧側定技術の熟達化において、研究1では「手際の良い熟達」と「適応的熟達」から熟達を検討することを目的に質問紙調査を行った結果、血圧測定技術の下位スキル17 項目のうち「手際の良い熟達」指標として8項目が抽出された。研究2では技術の修得プロセスにおける、熟達過程と感情喚起、思考深化との関係性を検討することを目的とし、実験を行った結果、上達の自覚が起こり血圧測定値の誤差が小さくなると、プラスの感情が喚起されることが確認できた。しかし、今回の実験では感情喚起と思考の深化の関係性を示す結果は得られなかった。

In this study, the maturity of blood pressure measurement technology was studied. In Study 1, the "manual maturity" and "appropriate maturity" were discussed. In this study, the results of paper survey and the "manual maturity" index of blood pressure measurement technology were extracted from 17 items and 8 items. Study 2 examines the relationship between technical improvement and improvement, the process of maturity and emotional arousal, and the deepening of thinking. The purpose, purpose, and practical results of Study 2 confirm that the error in blood pressure measurement is small and the emotion of the patient is aroused. This time around, the relationship between emotion and reflection has been deepened.
