The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of ACT for the people with severe mental disorder. In 2006, we did pilot study to evaluate the ACT protocol used in US. The five patients who consented to this study, were intervened by ACT. ACT was evaluated by BPRS,GAF AND LSP at the time of intervention, after discharge and 3 month-later. These results were compared with that data of another comparative group. In ACT group, BPRS, GAF, and LSP were improved. Based on this results, ACT Protocol was revised.In 2007,based on revised ACT protocol, ten patients who consented to this study were intervened by ACT team. And ten patients who consented to this study were comparative group. In ACT group, BPRS,GAF AND LSP were improves and patients' care satisfaction were high. However about care content, ACT team tried to prevent relapse rather than the support for the patients' need. ACT team's staff training was thought to be done more based on needs-assessment.

本研究的目的是描述ACT对严重精神障碍患者的有效性。在2006年，我们做了试点研究，以评估在美国使用的ACT协议。同意参加本研究的5例患者接受ACT干预。分别于干预时、出院后及3个月后用BPRS、GAF、LSP评定ACT。并与另一对照组的数据进行比较。ACT组BPRS、GAF、LSP较治疗前明显改善。在此基础上，修订了ACT方案，并于2007年根据修订后的ACT方案，对10例同意本研究的患者进行了ACT团队干预。并将10例同意参加本研究的患者作为对照组。ACT组BPRS、GAF、LSP均较治疗前明显改善，患者对护理满意度高。然而，关于护理内容，ACT团队试图防止复发，而不是支持患者的需要。ACT团队的工作人员培训被认为更多地基于需求评估。
