项目摘要
The purpose of this study was to develop Intensive care management for people with mental disorders. First,we developed intensive care management and ICM had been implemented for ten people with mental disorders. Who consented to this study. At the same time 10 professionals were interviewed by researchers. To promote community living among people with mental disorders, trust relationship and adequate assessment and plan for patiens and we professionals should be understood health aspects of patients. Furthermore, professional should have the interdisciplinary team meeting and case managers should promote the implementation of team plan.Then we compared the pre and post of ICM. After ICM implementing, the length of stay of the patients were increasing and the relapse rate was decreasing. Then symptoms and self-care were improved. But it was suggested that in the future study, the number of subjects should be increased and research design should be improved.
