本研究は、経営工学的知見を集約した情報構造化手法を開発すると共に、様々な経営学、経営工学上の諸問題を対象として、手法の有効性を実証的に示すことを目的としている。まず、"経営学的な視点"を組み込んだ情報構造化に基づき、テキスト形式のデータから知識構造を構築する方法論を提案した。さらに、様々な応用例において、得られた知識構造を用いたテキストデータの分析を通じ、提案する方法の有効性を実証的に示した。具体的には、マーケティング情報として活用が望まれるWeb上の大量のユーザレビューを分析し、ユーザの意見を構造的に集約すると共に、様々な視点から分析する方法を提案した。実際のユーザレビューの分析を通じて、有用な知見が得られることを示し、提案手法の有効性を示した。また、企業経営の諸問題でしばしば必要とされる比較分析、特徴分析といった目的に対し、"経営学的な視点"を組み込んだ情報構造化によるデータベース化の方法を提案した。この研究では、成功した中小企業の記事について、経営学的知見を加味し、企業戦略事例の特徴の構造化を行い、200以上の事例について分析を行った。その結果、SWOT分析やファイブフォース等の戦略論の枠組みを反映した形で、戦略事例のアナロジー構造図を構築し、これを用いて類似性を定義する方法を提案することができた。実際の事例の分析を通じ、成功した中小企業の特徴について論じると共に、本研究で提案した方法論の有効性を示した。以上の研究成果を通じ、中小企業経営のための知識表現モデルとして、構造化技法を用いた方法論の有効性を示し、一定の成果が得られた。本研究の成果については、その一部をすでに国内外の学会で発表済みであるが、引き続き、学術論文の形で成果発表を行う予定である。
