業績報告プロジェクトについて各会計基準設定機関が議論を重ねている目的の1つは、財務報告の透明性を向上させることにある。これを受けて、本研究では、わが国企業を対象として、業績報告プロジェクトにおける包括利益の開示に関して、実質的会計政策への影響という観点から開示の透明性の向上の程度を分析した。この結果、包括利益の開示導入直後での著しい効果は見られないものの、近年においては業績報告における透明性向上という効果が現れてきている可能性が示された。

Performance reporting is the focus of discussion among accounting benchmarking bodies, and transparency in financial reporting is the focus of discussion. This study analyzes the impact of accounting policies on corporate transparency, including disclosure of benefits, and transparency of disclosure. The results, including the introduction of benefits, are directly reflected in the transparency of the results in recent years.
