项目摘要

評価懸念(fear of negative evaluation)とは,「他者からの否定的な評価あるいは否定的に評価されるのではないかという予測に対する不安」と定義される概念である。本研究では,児童生徒が学校場面で感じる評価懸念を低減していくための,スクリーニングを含む介入プログラムの作成を目的とした。まず,児童生徒を対象としたスクリーニングテストを実施し,評価懸念の程度を教師がどの程度正確に把握することができるのかについて検討を行った。その結果,担任する子どもの年齢の上昇にしたがって,評価懸念の程度はとらえにくいものになっていくことが明らかとなった。また,教師の経験年数によらず,子どもの評価懸念という内的な特性を客観的に把握することの難しさと,スクリーニングを早期に実施して児童生徒の自己評価と客観的評価を照らし合わせ,日常の指導を行っていくことの重要性が示された。次に,この研究結果を教師にフィードバックするとともに,学校で教師がどのような支援を行うことができるかについて,実際の事例に対するカンファレンスの機会を設け,検討を行った。また,田上の対人関係ゲームの理論と方法について紹介し,児童生徒が互いを肯定的に評価できるようなプログラムに特に注目し,児童生徒の発達段階に合わせた活動の展開案を作成した。これらの研究結果については,平成20年度に学会発表を行う予定である。さらに,教師が対人関係ゲームプログラムを体験的に学習し,その内容について,参加者としてのプログラム評価を行った。その結果,活動案には評価懸念の高い児童では抵抗を感じる活動が含まれていること,また評価懸念の高い児童と低い児童との間で活動の楽しさにズレが生じるおそれがあること等が明らかとなった。評価懸念の高い児童生徒を担任する教師にとって,集団を対象としながらもより有効で使いやすいプログラみを作成するために,今後は,これらの課題について検討する必要があるだろう。
