项目摘要

パワーハラスメントは，労働環境や個人の精神衛生の悪化，生産性の低下など，さまざまな否定的な影響を引き起こすことから，労働の現場において非常に関心の高いトピックである。さらに，2020年6月に施行された労働施策総合推進法により法的にも定義づけがなされ，国の施策としても重要なテーマである。一方で労働の場では，どこまでがPHであるかといういわゆる「線引き」の議論は依然存在している。このことについて，心理学的な視点からパワーハラスメントの概念について検討し，その結果を発信していくことは，その一助となるものと考えられる。2022年度は，前年度に実施した全国の労働者を対象としたパワーハラスメントの認識に関する質問紙調査によって得られたデータを基に，主に因子分析を用いた生起要因尺度の作成を行い，その結果について「労働の場におけるパワーハラスメント生起要因尺度の開発」と題したポスター発表を日本カウンセリング学会第54回大会にて行なった。そこでの検討をベースにデータの再分析を行い，共同研究者と検討の上，心理臨床学研究に論文を投稿した。さらに，同データに非階層クラスター分析を用いた分析を施すことにより，典型的なパワーハラスメント課外の個人要因と環境要因を明らかにするための検討を行い，2023年度の日本心理臨床学会にてポスター発表を登録した。2023年度は，これらの成果をもとにパワーハラスメント防止に効果的な研修内容を構築し，一般に利用可能な形で公表する計画である。
