本研究は、カウンセラーの技能のうち、臨床事例を臨床心理学的視点から理解する技能に焦点を当てて、カウンセラーの体験過程からボトムアップ的にその熟達化プロセスを可視化することを目的としている。特に、「臨床の知」の特徴でもある直観的理解や感覚的理解、イメージの広がり、暗黙知や瞬間の判断等の要素をそぎ落とすことなく、固有の熟達化のプロセスを描き出そうとしている。今年度は、まず心理相談のロールプレイ場面を設定し、心理臨床的に話を聴くという調査のデータを基に、熟達者のカウンセラーと初心者のカウンセラーの比較検討を行った。具体的には、ロールプレイ中の発話量や沈黙量や発話内容の比較に加え、ロールプレイ後に実施した振り返りのインタビュー記録の内容について、特徴表現や特徴語を抽出したり共起ネットワーク分析を行ったりして、多角的な視点から両者の違いを検討した。その結果、１）初学者と熟達者の共通する専門性(例えば、相談者の発話量が多い会話形態をとる、専門的な発話をする)があるという結果から、熟達化によらない“専門家としての専門性”が存在していることが示唆された一方で、２）初学者と熟達者の間の違い(例えば、見立てや臨床心理学的視点の明確性かつ具体性の度合いの違い、場への対応の柔軟性の違い)があるという結果から、“熟達化の過程を通じて身につく専門性”の存在も同時にあることが示唆されたと言える。これらの結果から、熟達化プロセスにおいて、見立てや臨床心理学的視点の明確性や具体性、あるいは柔軟性がいかに獲得されていくのかをさらに詳しく検討する必要があると考えられたため、架空事例や公刊事例を基に臨床心理学的視点から事例を理解するプロセスを検討する調査を計画し、調査を実施しているところである。
