Sociology of “CareerEducation" : ocus on Socialization and Differentiation

“职业教育”可分为以下几种类型。1)为学生提供“职业知识和技能”。2)培养学生的职业观和工作观。3)为学生提供具体的就业指导。这些做法往往在每个学校结合起来。近年来，民办教育行业有更多的机会介入高中职业教育的建设和组织过程。现在教育行业经常在职业指导的内容和安排、大学考试趋势分析、模拟考试结果分析甚至教学方法等方面给教师提出建议。这种趋势不仅会使教师难以将传统教师的知识和职业指导技能传授给年轻教师，而且还会改变教师的角色。

"Career Education" is differentiated to the following type.1) Provide students "vocational knowledge and skills ".2) Cultivate students' a view of a career and work.3) Provide students concrete career guidanceThese practices are often combined in each school.Recently private education industry has more chance to intervene in the process of construction and organization of career education in high school. Now education industry often advises teachers regarding contents and arrangement of career guidance, analysis of the trend of university examination, analysis of the result of mock examination and even teaching method. That trend will not only make teachers difficult to pass on the traditional teacher's knowledge and skills of career guidance to younger teachers but also change the role of teachers.
