We carried out the research for developing the fundamental techniques and the application scenarios for "transcoding" technology which can be applied for large and small displays. For "information presentation," we proposed the framework which can be applied for various situations. For information representation, we developed a variety of prototype implementation, particularly focusing on ambient information display.
