The objective of research was to study resource acquisitions and accounting system for non-profit organizations, and the following results were obtained:1.Many non-profit organizations have difficulty with various resources acquisition. An information disclosure, especially disclosing of accounting information is necessary to solve such problems. It is because it becomes easy to receive a lot of people's support if the transparency of the organization rises. It becomes clear what activity the organization is doing by information disclosure.2.About evaluation system, we should establish a third party organization. It is because it becomes easy for the reliability of the non-profit organization to rise by receiving the evaluation by the third party, and to receive a lot of people's support. The third party organization should set it up though it doesn't exist now.3.We should plan expansion of an intermediary system to break off a mismatch problem. On the one hand, there is man who wants to offer the non-profit organization the capital, manpower, and other resources. On the other hand, the capital, manpower, and other resources are needed in the non-profit organization. The intermediary system who receives between them is necessary.
