Writing journey. How does a journey record become a literary work?-In the case of French literature

自古以来，旅行与文学就有着密切的联系。在西欧，自大发现时代以来，许多探险家和传教士都留下了在世俗或宗教权威的命令下进行伟大航行的记录。法国大革命以来的近代，“旅行作家”取代了“写作旅行者”。在探讨旅行与文学的各种关系的基础上，着眼于现代各个时期的具体情况，我们的研究能够肯定地回答旅行是否仍然是文学灵感的有效来源之一的问题。

From ancient times, there has been a close connection between journey and literature. In Western Europe, since the Age of Discovery, many explorers and missionaries have left records of great navigations led under the order of secular or religious authorities. In Modern Ages since the French Revolution,"travelling writers" take the place of the"writing travellers". Based on the discussion of various relations of journey and literature, and focusing on the specific conditions of each modern period, our research has been able to answer positively the question whether the journey remains today as it was one of the effective sources of literary inspiration.
