Social work practices and education for the establishment of "Welfare Community"

本研究旨在通过国际比较，捕捉“福利社区”的概念，这是一种以社区为基础的社会工作实践和使社会工作过程得以实现的管理系统。它也旨在确定适当的社会工作教育，有助于建立“福利社区”。在研究期间，我们定期召开学习小组，并组织了几次向公众开放的讲习班和研讨会。此外，我们还对选定社区的社工进行了访谈，并对日本和海外的社工学校进行了调查。在本研究中，我们分析了维持“福利社区”的社会工作方法、治理过程和社会工作教育。

This research study was designed to capture the idea of "Welfare Community," a community-based social work practice and the governing system that enables the social work process, through international comparison. It also aims to identify the appropriate social work education that would contribute to the establishment of "Welfare Community." During the research period, we have held study group periodically, and we have organized several workshops and a seminar which were open to the public. Besides, we have conducted interviews with social workers in selected communities, and we have also conducted a survey with schools of social work in Japan and overseas. In this study, we have analyzed the social work method, governing process and social work education that would maintain the "Welfare Community."
