The research concerns with the pupils and students who are excluded from the mainstream of the school education without any diplomas. We focus on "the exclusion from the inside of system". Since the beginning of the 21^<st> century, the government has been taking measures to deal with the inclusion. Its aim is to include pupils who are in difficulties socially, economically and educationally, especially in "banlieues" (the suburbs). Through our research, it is clear that the recent French education policy moves from the equal opportunity to the equity of the result by encouragement to include pupils in difficulties with a special needs education.

这项研究涉及被排除在学校教育主流之外而没有任何文凭的中小学生。我们关注的是“来自系统内部的排斥”。进入21^世纪以来<st>，政府一直在采取措施应对这一问题。其目的是接纳在社会、经济和教育方面有困难的学生，特别是“郊区”的学生。通过我们的研究，可以清楚地看到，法国最近的教育政策从机会均等转向结果公平，鼓励将有特殊需要的困难学生纳入教育。
