8週令ラットを用いて、まず甲状披裂筋の長期脱神経による変性像を明らかにし、その上で長期脱神経後の甲状披裂筋に対する神経筋弁移植術の効果を検討した。脱神経後の期間(10-58週)に応じてアセチルコリン受容体が減少し、甲状披裂筋の断面積と誘発活動電位が低下した。神経筋弁移植術を行うといったん起こったこれらの萎縮性変化が回復した。しかし、その効果は神経筋弁移植術までの脱神経期間が長くなるとある程度低下した。

8 weeks after surgery, the results of neuromuscular transplantation were studied. During the post-depolarization period (10-58 weeks), the number of receptors decreased, the area of thyroid-like tendon and the induced activity potential decreased. The nerve tendon transplantation technique is carried out in the middle of the day. The duration of neurosis after neuromuscular transplantation is relatively low.
