It's a matter that public health nurses, visiting nurses and midwives, as professions, have few educational opportunities after they start their work. Our research has developed educational needs assessment tool, and learning needs assessment tool, for them. Moreover, we have constructed the support system for nursing educational institutions to plan continuing education program in nursing, proper for their actual state based on assessment of educational needs and learning needs.
