Development of a Scale to Evaluate the Teaching-Learning Process in Lectures at Nursing Master's course -Toward Constructing an Educational Evaluation System

本研究的目的是编制一份护理硕士课程教学过程评价量表。首先，通过质性研究，明确了护理硕士研究生评价教学过程的51项标准。然后，根据这51项标准编制了护理硕士课程教学过程评价量表。该量表具有较好的信度和效度。教师可以使用该量表来改进护理硕士课程的教学过程。

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale which faculty can use to evaluate teaching-learning process in lectures at nursing master's courses.First,51 criteria which graduate nursing students evaluate the lectures were clarified through qualitative research.Second,the scale was developed on the basis of these 51 evaluating criteria.The scale has good reliability and validity. Faculty can use the scale to improve the teaching-learning process in lectures at nursing master's courses.
