Research on learning support system for improvement of CMC ability to develop interpersonal relationship

使用电子邮件、聊天、博客和SNS（社交网络服务）等的计算机中介通信（CMC）已经增加。然而，以往的工作指出，在CMC中存在各种问题。本研究认为，CMC既不能靠自己的风格，也不能靠经验，必须在科学的基础上提高CMC的能力。然后，在本研究中，首先，CMC的信息被假设为一个言语信息，副信息和非言语信息的三种信息的组合。其次，试图阐明在人际网络传播中，话语者的印象发生了变化。在此基础上，构建了培养CMC能力的学习支持系统。

Computer Mediated Communications (CMC) that use E-mail, the chat, the blog, and SNS (Social Networking Service), etc, have increased. However, the previous work points out that there are various problems in CMC. In this study, it was thought that CMC relied on neither one's own style nor rule of thumb but had to improve the ability of CMC based on scientific grounds. Then, in this study, first of all, the message of CMC was assumed as a composition of three kinds of information on a verbal-information, para-information, and non-verbal-information. Next, it tried to clarify the change in utterance person's impression in the interpersonal computer mediated communication. And, it aimed to construct the learning support system to develop CMC ability based on those grounds.
