By analyzing two jurisdictional tracts which were written in thirteenth century England, De placitis et curiis tenendis (there survives only 1 MS) and Forma placitandi in curiis tam ecclesiasticis quam laicis (there exist 3MSS), the author has made clear a certain relationship between the procedure of the royal courts and that of the ecclesiastical courts. Also it has become clear that these tracts may have different contents according to the concern of the person who made it.

通过对13世纪英国的两部司法文书《de Plactis et Curiis tenendis(仅存1个MS)》和《Forma Placitandi in Curiis ecclsiasticis quam laicis》(现存的3MS)的分析，明确了皇家法院程序与教会法院程序之间的某种关系。此外，很明显，根据制作者的不同，这些地块可能会有不同的内容。
