项目摘要

近年の農場経営は資本集約的な経営となり、農産物の原価に占める間接費の割合が増大している。従来、間接費の配賦には伝統的原価計算による直接労務費、直接作業時間、直接機械稼働時間などを基準にしたものが採用されてきたが、活動基準原価計算(ABC)のように正確なコスト把握ができ、コストマネジメントや意思決定に有用な情報を提供する手法の必要性が高まっている。本研究ではこれまで企業を対象として検討されてきたABCを畑作複合経営へ適応し、その有効性を検討した。対象とした北海道の畑作営農集団では大規模化、施設・機械化の進展に伴い間接費が増加し、現行でもおおむね合理的な配賦基準によって間接費が部門に配分されている、不採算部門や活動を把握し、その具体的な改善方策を提示するための手法としてABCの意義があることが確認できた。また、生産物の直接販売を行う個別の大規模畑作経営においては、主要部門に間接費を配分しているが、販売費及び一般管理費(販管費)まで含めた販売物一単位当たりの原価が正確に把握できておらず、販売価格決定の際の合理的な意思決定をABCによって支援できることが確認された。

In recent years, the farm management has been capital-intensive, and the overhead of agricultural production has increased. The allocation of overhead and overhead costs to the original calculation of the system, such as direct service costs, direct operating time, direct mechanical production time, and the use of benchmarks, activity basis calculation (ABC), the need to accurately grasp the information, production and rational decision-making to provide useful information. This study is aimed at exploring the feasibility of a complex approach to business management. In response to the progress of large-scale, construction and mechanization of Hokkaido's agricultural group, the current allocation of reasonable indirect costs to departments is not controlled, and specific improvement measures are suggested. Direct sales of products, individual large-scale production management, distribution of overhead, sales expenses and general management expenses (sales management expenses), including a unit of sales, accurate grasp of the origin, rational decision-making, ABC support, etc.
